Guthrie Air
Guthrie Air started off as Guthrie One, a hospital-based program from Robert Packer Hospital & Keystone Helicopters. In 2004, STATMedEvac came in as the vender and remained the vender until May 2007 when Air Methods stepped in. Throughout that time the base has seen a BK117, Sikorsky S76, Bell 412, and EC 135s. We are currently an IFR program licensed in New York and Pennsylvania. We transport cardiac assist devices- IABP & Impellas in addition to all other interfacility and scene requests. We also host an observer program and are a training base for new employees.
